fishtank were fantastic. When searching for a role agencies often make you feel like a commodity and only communicate when they need you. This didn’t happen with fishtank, the communications were open, honest and sincere. My briefings from Ellie (who was professional, friendly and fun to work with) were brilliant and ultimately very useful. Working with fishtank makes the whole process easy.  The candidates are spot on, we get sent a select few, so not time intensive for me, and I know we will always end up recruiting one of them.
