    A .NET Developer with strong web development skills is needed for International Business-Solutions Company in Reading. A successful candidate will work with Account and IT teams designing, developing and supporting both new and existing features in a range of software applications.

    Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

    - Program and implement new functionalities for the business software application
    (Design, Coding, Reviewing, Testing)
    - Development of design specifications with development team members
    - Continuously support and improve business processes
    - Adhering to industry standard design patterns
    - Producing effort estimates to managers
    - Identifying and supporting user actions and potential weakness to support the system testing
    - Potential to mentor other developers

    Your background must include:

    - At least 3 years commercial experience
    - Knowledge of Web Application Development tools
    (ASP.NET, AJAX Framework, CSS, Javascript, HTML)
    - C#
    - Basic Knowledge of IIS
    - Application of MVC, WCF and OOP/OOD
    - ADO.NET
    - SQL (T-SQL)
    - TFS
    -Silverlight/WPF
    - Test Driven Development
    - Documenting functional and technical requirements (relating to software projects)
    - Experience of developing mobile applications
    - Ability to analyse complex code to detect potential future issues
    - Creative Thinking
    - Fluent in spoken and written English
