A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Account Manager / Account Director to join a growing agency as the No 2 to Directors.

 

As a Senior Account Manager / Account Director, this role will allow you to take commercial accountability for a group of clients.  Managing colleagues, budgets and client projects will certainly keep you busy and allow you the opportunity to shine within a growing agency.

Key responsibilities:

– Lead accounts and develop key client relationships

– Mentor and support junior team members to develop their skills

– Support Directors with the growth on accounts and the agency

 

About you:

– Experience of managing key client relationships, growing accounts

– Solid track record in managing budgets and good commercial accountability

– Confident supporting, mentoring and managing junior team members

– Ability to interpret client needs and a passion to exceed expectations

– A positive can do attitude, good problem solving skills are essential in a good leader.
