Well, in fact, recruitment is recruitment. There are not many variations to the method. However, where we really like to add value – whether you’re looking for a new job, or looking to recruit –we thrive on forging strong, lasting relationships built on listening and understanding your requirements.  A large proportion of our clients we’ve been working with for years. There’s nothing more satisfying for us at fishtank than to go on a journey with our clients, and continue working with the same amazing candidates as they progress in their own careers. Luckily, thanks to our love of getting to know each and every individual, it’s really worked for us over the past 15 years!
